About Julie Berg

Julie Berg, President of HRD Consulting, is a professional workshop leader, coach and organization development consultant.  She has over 20 years experience across industries including healthcare, education, business services, engineering, manufacturing, technology, and non-profits.  As an internal consultant, she was responsible for leadership assessment and development, team coaching, training design and facilitation. Julie also managed a corporate training function.  

Clients of HRD Consulting have praised Julie for her energetic and engaging presentations. Her interactive approach to training design strengthens on-the-job application of newly acquired knowledge and skills.  She provides solutions that address the core issues of workplace and personal effectiveness. Julie is comfortable working with a variety of staff, from nurses to engineers to customer service providers, both in the U.S. and Europe.

As a coach, Julie works with emerging and high potential leaders in small to mid-size corporations.  Individuals engage Julie to support them on a path of self-discovery and exploration of important choices to be made.

Julie holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development, Organization Development Network, and the Minnesota Coaches Association.
