Julie Berg graduates from the Coaches Training Institute;
Coaching practice open for referrals
Julie Berg, president of HRD Consulting in St. Paul, is a 2009 graduate of the Coaches Training Institute.* Julie recently completed five months of intensive coursework to learn a coaching approach that enables people to achieve success and fulfillment in their work & life and to build a powerful coach/client alliance that promotes and enhances the lifelong process of learning.
Julie will be coaching participants in the upcoming Performance Leadership Seriessponsored by Hanson Performance Alliance. In her private practice, she invites referrals to professionals who are seeking a partner to put the GO! in their personal or career goals. Julie enjoys working with women age 40+ who are in the mid- to late stages of their career and find themselves asking, “What’s next?” She also has experience in coaching emerging and first-time leaders in organizations.
