Examples of Client Projects:

  • Designed and facilitated a train-the-trainer program for internal subject matter experts presenting at a national sales conference.  The training resulted in changing the break-out sessions from “data dumping” to actively engaging participants in learning.

  • Facilitated a visioning and goal-setting session for a global Human Resources team. Participants gave the process high marks for accomplishing “a large amount of meaningful work in a short period of time.”

  • Conducted a styles workshop to strengthen the working relationships of an executive-level team. The workshop was later expanded to 150 members of the functional team to impact strategic goals for increasing creativity and innovation.

  • Developed a multi-day sales development program for partners of the client organization. The training created a revenue stream for the client and established them as a value-add resource for the growth of their partners’ business.
